Welcome to sotspk. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and sotspk ("sotspk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://sotspk.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including users accessing informational content, registered account holders and any person interacting with the Platform's features and services. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the Platform, including the creation of an Account, is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator's license jurisdiction. We employ age verification as part of our KYC process and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3.2 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that no applicable law in your jurisdiction prohibits you from accessing the Platform or participating in online gaming activities offered herein.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions. The Platform may restrict access from certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your location. Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded that Pakistan maintains gambling restrictions under federal and provincial law. sotspk makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access in Pakistan.

3.4 One Account Per User. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Creating or attempting to create duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

3.5 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and at all subsequent times. Providing false information, including name, date of birth, address or payment details, is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

4.1 Registration Process. To access full Platform functionality, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal details as requested. Upon successful registration, you will receive login credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials.

4.2 KYC Obligation. The operator may require identity and age verification before processing any withdrawal request, releasing bonus funds, or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. This process — commonly referred to as KYC — is standard in regulated gaming and is conducted to confirm identity, prevent fraud, verify age and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

4.3 Required Documentation. For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents may include:

• A valid, current Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA;
• A valid Pakistani Passport;
• Proof of address where required (e.g. a recent utility bill or bank statement, typically issued within the last three months);
• A liveness check or selfie holding the identity document as instructed by the verification system.

4.4 Document Integrity. You must submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Submitting falsified, edited or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms, and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant authorities.

4.5 Secure Submission. Documents must be submitted only through the operator's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never send copies of identity documents via unencrypted channels such as standard email, WhatsApp or social media.

4.6 Account Suspension Pending Verification. The operator reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality or restrict Account access pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

5.1 Permitted Use. You may use the Platform solely for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that:

• Violates any applicable federal, provincial or local law or regulation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan);
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of sotspk or any third party;
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or harmful to other users or the operator;
• Involves the use of automated bots, scripts, crawlers or other automated means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile or access the source code of any Platform software;
• Introduces malware, viruses, trojan horses or other harmful code into the Platform;
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or backend systems.

5.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at the contact details in Section 16.

5.3 Collusion and Fraud. Any form of collusion with other players, manipulation of game outcomes, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, or fraudulent conduct of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

6.1 Payment Method Availability. The payment methods available for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are determined solely by the operator's current cashier configuration and are subject to change without prior notice. Familiar payment references such as bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as digital wallets recognisable to Pakistani users, are mentioned for educational context only. None of these providers endorse or support online gambling activity.

6.2 Currency. All transactions on the Platform shall be processed in the currency supported by the operator's cashier at the time of the transaction. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) pricing may be referenced for illustrative purposes. Actual currency availability depends on the operator's systems.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as maximum transaction limits, are published within the operator's cashier. These limits are subject to change. Users should verify current limits before initiating any transaction.

6.4 Identity Matching. The name registered on your Account must exactly match the name associated with any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Transactions made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and will be rejected.

• Satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process;
• Fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements;

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty programme rewards are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted its specific terms in full.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution percentages and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

7.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users only, one per household and one per IP address. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus through multiple registrations or otherwise is a breach of these Terms.

7.4 Bonus Misuse. sotspk reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close the Account of any User who:

• Abuses bonus systems through low-risk or hedging betting strategies designed to unlock bonus funds without genuine play;
• Creates multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Provides false information to claim a bonus;
• Attempts to transfer bonus funds to another User.

7.5 Operator's Discretion. sotspk reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Withdrawal of a promotion will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress.

8.1 Game Rules. All casino games, sports betting markets and other gaming products available on the Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. By participating, you accept those rules in full.

8.2 Betting Markets. Betting markets, including those covering Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other live sports events, are offered at the operator's discretion. Market availability, odds and settlement rules are subject to change. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the operator's decision is final, subject to any applicable regulatory complaints process.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or system failure affecting a game or bet, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return stakes. No claims for winnings arising from a technical error will be honoured.

8.4 Disconnection. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection. sotspk is not liable for losses arising from your disconnection during a game session, subject to the operator's disconnection policy which may credit a bet as placed where a connection is lost mid-wager.

9.1 Commitment. sotspk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of responsible gambling tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. The use of these tools is governed by these Terms.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gambling controls are available to registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Once reached, further wagering is restricted until the period resets or a reduced limit is applied.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. You will be notified when your session limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent restriction on your Account. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Requests to reverse self-exclusion will not be processed for a minimum cooling-off period as specified by the operator.

9.3 Non-Circumvention. Attempting to circumvent active responsible gambling controls — including by registering a new account during a period of self-exclusion — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

9.4 Underage Gambling. We are committed to preventing underage gambling. 10.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, software, data compilations and page layouts, is the intellectual property of sotspk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Limited Licence. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, sotspk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without sotspk's prior written consent. Scraping, data mining or systematic extraction of Platform content is expressly prohibited.

11.1 Informational Platform. sotspk is an information and review platform. We are not a casino operator, sportsbook, payment processor or financial institution. We do not control, operate or manage the gaming products described on the Platform.

11.2 No Guarantee of Availability. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sotspk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform at all times. Maintenance, technical issues or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability.

11.3 No Gambling Outcome Guarantees. sotspk makes no representations regarding the outcome of any betting or gaming activity. All gaming involves risk. Past performance or featured win examples (clearly labelled as illustrative) are not indicators of future results.

11.4 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sotspk's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you deposited during the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the claim.

11.5 Excluded Losses. In no event shall sotspk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, whether arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, processing, storage and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform and accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Data for KYC and AML. Personal data collected during the KYC process is processed for identity verification, age verification, fraud prevention and AML compliance purposes. Such data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

12.3 Consent to Monitoring. By using the Platform, you consent to activity monitoring for security, fraud prevention, compliance and responsible gambling purposes.

13.1 Our Rights. sotspk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion or other illegal activity;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Account inactivity for a period specified in the operator's dormant account policy;
• Your request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

13.2 Forfeiture. Upon closure for breach, any bonus balances and any winnings derived from improperly obtained bonuses shall be forfeited. Verified real-money balances, less any amounts properly deducted, may be returned to the User subject to completed KYC and payment provider availability.

13.3 User-Requested Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at the details in Section 16. Closure requests may be subject to a processing period. Outstanding wagering requirements or withdrawal requests will be handled in accordance with these Terms.

14.1 Right to Amend. sotspk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Such changes will take effect from the date the updated Terms are published on the Platform. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.

14.3 Notification. We may notify you of material changes to these Terms via the email address registered to your Account. You are responsible for ensuring your registered email address is current and accurate.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence, which will be disclosed in the operator's official licensing communications. This clause does not limit any statutory rights you may hold under applicable Pakistani law or the law of any other applicable jurisdiction.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact our support team using the details in Section 16 to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, escalation procedures will depend on the applicable regulatory framework of the operator's licence jurisdiction.

15.3 Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law that cannot be waived by contract.
